But yeah, I know. I should have said “I know” instead of “I think” haha.

This may sound lame, but I reckon that whole “exercise is the best anti-depressant” thing really rings true to me (I know there’s science behind it too, but yeah).
I still get down, but I reckon since I’ve started working out I’ve been so much more positive.

I don’t understand why I liked 100’s of pages on facebook with phrases or names that aren’t even funny or cool or anything. So many of them just post shitty memes and a bunch of lame sexist fail pics and stuff now too, so it makes scrolling through my fb feed crap because every 2nd post is from one of them (even though I’ve unliked so many of those pages that you’d think it would make my feed less cluttered).

For my weekly vegan alternatives/products gram post, decided to use that pic from that time “santa” gave me 100 glyde condoms hehe.
